Enchiron is a rich land that's full of many creatures.

Dragons

Dragons primarily reside in the Coronus Mountains and the Honeyed Valley. They come in a huge variety of shapes, sizes, and temperaments: there are tiny species that hang around like seagulls in Coric cities, and large ones that want nothing to do with people of any sort. Most dragons are sensitive, social creatures who will befriend anyone who earns their respect. Many can learn verbal commands, and one or two species are capable of language mimicry. However, like parrots, it's not true speech, and they do not have human-level intelligence. Universally, they all share territorial and hoarding behavior, elemental breath, and a presumption they can win any fight they're involved in.

Gryphons, on the whole, are far less interested in people than dragons are, and thus are far more difficult to befriend and tame.
